Some of the kids' toys got tired of all of Solomon's tricks and decided to pay him back.

Since then he has been much better behaved.  He has left the kids donuts, cookies and snickerdoodle blondies and he gave them Nutcracker plates with their names on them.

Friday was Austin's Christmas party at school.  They decorated mason jars to look like reindeer and put hot cocoa and marshmallows inside.

Then they have a little performance.  They sang a song about a melting snowman so they wore snowman costumes.

We celebrated Gavin's official birthday with steak, roast fingerling potatoes, green beans, mac and cheese and rolls (Gavin's choice).  Then we had an apple cream cheese bundt cake with caramel frosting.

Yesterday the boys and I went to the Nutcracker ballet.  This was Austin's first year to get to go and he loved it.  After the show the boys got to have their picture taken with Clara and the Nutcracker prince.
