This weekend we have been getting the house ready for Christmas.  On Friday I got out the Christmas decorations and the boys put up the Nativity set and decorated the tree in their bedroom.

Adelaide helped the boys decorate their tree.  She has ornaments for her own tree, but no room in her bedroom to put one.

Today we went to a cut-your-own Christmas tree farm.  We had fun picking out the perfect tree.

We finally found it after much deliberating.  The boys both helped cut it down.

Adelaide didn't know quite what to think about it.  But she got to see a horse, a couple goats and some chickens and that made her happy!

Gavin was nice enough to carry the tree back to the car (at least mostly to the car).
