Today Gavin practiced writing the letter 'B' and colored things that start with B. Then he did his last fall craft project for the year - a leaf watercolor painting. He painted some of the leaves we found on our walks and pressed the paint on the paper to form watercolor leaves. I found this project in the Crayola email newsletter. It was fun, but I think it would work better with regular washable paint than with the watercolors. We might try it again next year with regular paint. After painting and pressing a few leaves, Gavin decided he would rather just paint with the watercolors.
