Late Street Fair Pics

These are a little late getting posted, but back in mid-June Gavin and I (Dad) went to a street fair in a nearby town, while Kristyn and Austin hung out at the house. It was extremely hot that day, so we went early. Unfortunately, we went so early that most of the attractions were still not set up. We were able to check out a howitzer by the city park.

They also had a humvee on display, and Gavin quickly found the driver's seat.

The Staff for Life helicopter flew down, and we were able to watch it land.

Gavin even got to climb inside!

Finally, on our way out we checked out some of the craft booths. It didn't take long for Gavin to find the vendor with the swords and shields. Gavin was more impressed than I was -- who pays for a sword or shield made with duct tape?
