Yesterday Gavin and I played a Franklin the Turtle board game (he loves Franklin the turtle) and then worked with some sequencing cards while Austin was sleeping. When Austin woke up, and was fed of course, we went for a walk. We are lucky because our new house is walking distance to a nice walking/biking trail. It was beautiful outside! Austin got to sit up in the stroller for the first time instead of riding in his car seat. He's at the age where he wants to sit up and look around more but he can't sit up too well on his own. Gavin rode his bike and had a great time. It wasn't easy riding on a dirt trail on a 12" bike but he did a great job. Every time someone passed us he rang his bell at them. We went a long way and finally turned around and looked for some leaves on the ground for art projects.
