Today was an exciting day for us because it was 'Tons of Trucks' day.  The boys had a great time!  There were a couple of new vehicles this year.  One was a city bus that Austin was especially excited about and the other was a medical helicopter.  Adelaide was not super impressed by it all but she was a good sport about it anyway.

The police car is always popular.

This year they had a (new) garbage truck.

Today we had a fun day in history and read a few books just about cowboys.  Next week we will get started on the Industrial Revolution.

We finished this book and just started a book about Teddy Roosevelt's adult life today (this one is just about his childhood).
