Austin has discovered the castle blocks and both he and Adelaide really love to play with them.  Adelaide thinks it is very funny when Austin's castle falls down!

 

Austin is really enjoying his first week of school!  It helps that he knows most of the kids and the teachers.  We have been saving crafts for the afternoon so he can do them with us.  Today Gavin and I started reading about pond habitats so we made a pond.

The lilies on our lily pad were coffee filters.

We made our frogs stand up on their logs.  Gavin's frog kind of flops but the boys really liked this idea anyway.

The green in the water is algae.  He also drew a nice bee on the water lily flower.
